"Good place to work but the management in my team is not great."

"Culture was pretty bad and sinking quickly when I left. DSM’s are allowed to bully employees and HR supports the behavior. If an employee complains, they find themselves fighting for their job. Very glad I left and my new employer is totally different. There is also very little opportunity for growth. Promotional positions generally go to outside candidates."

"I've worked with AZ since July, 2013. It's a great company to work for short-term. Because of it's size, it takes a long time before you can move up the ladder. It's also a lot harder for females with a working husband to ever get promoted. You usually have to move to corporate in Deleware before any upward mobility can occur and realistically, how many working mothers can move their children and husband (away from his job) to Delaware in order to tick the box and be promoted. It's just unrealistic. It's great as a 2-3 year job with excellent benefits but it has promotional disadvantages."
