"My supervisor is very knowledgeable regarding the property he and I are contracted to manage. However, he appears to manage too many properties and is unable to attend to the details my job requires. When decisive action is required it is often not affirmative enough for the situation. If I step into the void left by him I do it at my own risk and with no support."
