"I had worked at Associates Title for 6 months, and I really enjoyed learning all the details to communicating with loan officers, loan closers, and notaries. The company was small in size and unfortunately I was not able to receive the training I needed to comply with all the standards they gave me as a post closer. I was told I was the reason they lost business from clients since the clients had said it was based upon our post-closing department, which had 3 others who could have been just as accountable. I think they lost out on a great employee who was willing to give them dedication and show the effort not many people would show. Even when I paid attention to the detail of every aspect of her job to make sure she can do her best on every task. I take pride in my work and take every job I have seriously, and they are okay with the simple fact that I was let go because I made a mistake."
