"I've worked for ALHI for over two years and feel the company as a whole offers it's employees great benefits like unlimited vacation and the ability to work remote. However, the compensation for sales associates is far below what we actually contribute to the companies financial success. There is no growth or development opportunities here. They have very high expectations for what Associates are intended to accomplish, yet they don't seem to reward their employees fairly once those goals are met."
