"I have worked at AEC for 2 years and I have found the work ethics at this company is definitely something to question. There is not support for the staff members and the supervisors that they hire are not professionally qualified to handle the job and workload. Employee benefits such as health insurance is extremely expensive and is considered a luxury for most employees to have given the hourly pay is not much compared to other property management organizations. Regardless of your performance, I do not see that management is comfortable with promoting from within as there are many talented staff members who are ready to move to the next level. The open door policy throughout the organization does not exist and is not encouraged."
