"Interview the district managers you will be working for and the managers under him/her first."

"Required hours to work and six days a week. Upper management said one thing and the middle management enforced different ideas. Lots of change in middle management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have policies that upper management introduce filter down to the employees below in the same fashion they were implemented."
