"Sometimes projects have a little too much freedom. There are times when this makes development a bit of a hassle. Also we don't really have any set methodologies we follow consistently."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to grow and develop our processes and methodologies. Try to sit and decide what methodologies we should use and enforce using those methodologies."

"TNS took over NFO and was then taken over by WPP, With each takeover the atmosphere became more corporate and less family"
