"Be ready to work, be ready for open change and know that in a big company like Nissan everythings not fair and won't always go your way."

What don't you like about working at Nissan North America?

"The only negative thing that I have about them is they make up rules as they go. They have a rule book but changes them to better fit them or to make up for the wrong things that the company may be doing without making them in the rule book."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be the manager over your zone, don't let your employees control you and everything that goes on in your area."
