"I love working with department heads and VP's to better the business. I was promoted from a division head of security to the role of IGM manager, which is an Associate Directors position. My main goal is to provide leaders inside of Novartis with guidance in Security, PCI, SOX, and GXP. The challenge to the position is I support global efforts for over 175000 employees and I have very little work life balance."
