What do you like about working at University of California, Riverside?

"Ability to help people. Able to make my own schedule. Complete knowledge of what I was suppose to do in the laboratories. Complete competence in the use and instruction of all analytical instrumentation within the department."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"UCR is great for a few years, and the interviewing person should know that it is stagnant, but has great benefits."

What don't you like about working at University of California, Riverside?

"Very little room for growth. Static salary. No rewards. No professional development."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the engineer in charge better. Include professional development as part of the jog."
