"Taking leadership and providing training or coaching. Have tools for associates to do their work"
What do you like about working at IPsoft?
"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I recommend and appreciate the people who are interviewing with this company, But I am not interested to give tips to them. It depends on their own talent."
What don't you like about working at IPsoft?
"One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for 2 years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company, I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more involved. Teach the associates that if a customer walks and looks like that he/she can not afford the pricing at Nordstrom, let them know that one particular customer could be the one who could make the quota of the day. It is all about perception, and unfortunately salespeople ignore customers whom t hey believe in their minds may not have the money to spend and that is why some really wealthy customers just walk out after being ignored. As they say never judge the book by its cover."

"I love the scheduling and being able to work from home. I am also very fond of the experience that comes with big name clients"

"If you are a hard worker and know your programming you will be able to get a job here."
What don't you like about working at Perficient?
"The pay currently is not what I expected from a position I have proved myself very well in."

"More segregation of team resources on projects. A lot of the times people will be on too many projects at once which will degrade the value of the work."

"lack of opportunities and challenges, policies that are does not helps to get work done easily."

"As far as employees are concerned be more focused on getting the work done than making complex compliance which takes days to full-fill like approval from 3 people where 1 is more than enough."

"Do not expect yearly salary hike or other benefits. Bargain well on the first offer. :-)"

"Immediate managers do not tend to understand the projects and mostly try to mitigate the issues by loading more resources."
