"It was a great learning experience for me, and my boss was a great teacher! I loved learning all of the aspects from art, technical skill, and business. I hated that I had no say in my co-workers, because they weren't always doing their job and my boss kept working with them saying everyone has a bad day. It was frustrating that he was so tolerant, and I had to work next to them."

"We can clean our own houses for free, management is very nice, lots of opportunity to make good money, you stay in shape, great benefits."

"Don't be a convicted felon and be able to pass a drug test."

"You work 50 to 60 hours per week, it is very physically demanding labor, work becomes your life."

"Give us a definite time to end the day and a set schedule."

"Upper Management has no clue. They have Monday Thru Friday 8-6 schedules and the rest of us are left working on our days off and constant phone calls."

"Go to Penta in the position you desire to be in for a long time. Your position likely will not change. Get the pay you want to get paid for the next 5 years. That might be where it stays."

"Moving up in the company is very difficult. Superiors, all though they have no design experience, try to direct the design effort, and pretend they know how it should be done."

"I would promote young hard chargers to the leaders of the company, and move the others to where they are best suited."
