What don't you like about working at TM Advertising?

"It could be high pressure at times for fast turn around and they were so few clients there was no job security when they lost one many of us lost our jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Really push to get more clients maybe put more resources towards that goal and don't give any false hope on time lines of projects without consulting everyone involved first to make sure it can be done in that time frame."
