"The people are wonderful. There is a great team spirit which helps so much given the pressure that litigation generates on a daily basis."

What don't you like about working at Bryan Cave?

"The inconsistency of the administration and their lack of knowing what is going on with their own employees. They have no clue what it is like for the people they are supposed to be there to support."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get in the trenches. Find out what is important to your employees and what concerns they have and then genuinely act on them."
