"It's a great place to work, but make sure you understand the complay policies clearly and follow them to the letter."

What don't you like about working at Columbia Management?

"Moral was down over the last few months due to the President abruptly leaving, and then 3 other senior members following suit. Overtime was cut, workloads were doubled and long-time employees were beng let go on a frequent basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communication would go a long way in keeping employee's moral intact."
