"Fun and interactive working environment. Made work enjoyable to come to everyday."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Honesty, integrity and a sense of humor are important. Look them in the eye, a firm handshake and most importantly don't call Charles, Chuck. I only got to once because we developed a good working relationship."
What don't you like about working at TDIndustries?
"I never found a reason to not like something about the D.C. branch that I was with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take a page from Charles and Ana. Great leaders. The two of them couldn't have made work any better. Best bosses I've have ever had."

"just make sure you don't rely on the supervisors to help you out or for any help."

"Poor supervisors who don't train employees at their jobs or get out of theie office to help when questions are asked"

"construct some kind of employee training for new hirees so they are not set up to fail and used as a scapegoat when something goes wrong"

"The company builds high end homes. It was a pleasure seeing the latest innovations in the industry."

"It would help to get to know people in the field. Evn more so if you are related."

"The atmosphere was very political in this company. It seemed no matter how well you did your job the recognition wasn't there."

"Pay less attention to who you are friends with and more attention to the job your people are doing."

"The Challenge of the Project. We were building the worlds largest and first CarbonDioxide Sequestration Facility."

"Do reseach and know what you are gettinginto. Grain processing ops. is not an excitingtechnical biz. However, certain projects theyhave for the future are technically challenging."

"Sometimes the process created badodors which did not aggree with me."

"They knew exacly what they were doing.No suggestions. ADM has been in thegrain processing business for 80 plus years and they know their business inside and out.they know"
