What don't you like about working at Wake Forest University?

"The culture was closed for advancement for employees who were not Wake Grads. There just didn't seem to be anywhere for me to grow and as long as I was doing a good job, no one was interested in helping me advance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you don't cultivate talent and let it grow in the organization talent will leave."
