"Opportunities to cross train and maintain my attachment to the medical community through Anaheim FD."

"Unfortunately, no. The company has been liquidated because of questionable business practices. And last I heard they were being heavily audited by the Federal Government."
What don't you like about working at First NLC?
"The mortgage industry became very turbulent, especially toward the end of a businesses life. Very unstable and stressful."

"At the operations level, we were privy to everything in way of what was going on in the office and in the field. But management dodged our advice. Effective management should be receptive to advice coming from the lower echelon."

"Lack of support, lack of equipment old POS systems"

"Current DM's need better social skills and sense of work life balance."

"Well it was a fun place to work. Great teamwork and team building excersises. Held monthly meeting to ensure all management was on the same page. You could always ask questions and without being afraid of what others would think."
