"Job security was an issue. Every few years the office would be up for bids with new contractors coming in all of the time. This led to constant change to medical/dental benefits, bonuses, and work environment."
What do you like about working at DHL Express?
"I liked my job responsibilities, the challenges that came with it, the customers, researching customer problems, and the satisfaction of resolving them, plus the communication with 14 drivers over the mobile dispatch system."
What don't you like about working at DHL Express?
"I didn't like the changes that came with the different contract owners. I was laid off when the latest contract owner came in from Louisiana with his people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have the office stick to one contract owner for at least 10 years at a time."
What do you like about working at Ashley Furniture?
"Excellent place to be while completing my degree at Auburn University. It provided me a chance to practice my management skills on a higher level."

"Most positions are commissioned which can be rather slow sometimes."

"As a smaller company it was lacking digital organization leading to excess steps and paperwork."

"I assisted in reorganizing several things digitally, so just keep going with it."

"It was a faced pace place of employment. It allowed you to also learn different areas and allowed you to help others with thier job functions as well. There was a lot of cross training."
What don't you like about working at Bivona & Cohen?
"I liked the job very much, but they had moved to Coral Springs which turned into a longer commute for myself."

"Management was fine."

"The ability to take initiative. The level of responsibilities. The heavy interaction with clients, high level staff members and the professional growth and experience in the specific field of telecommunications in the pharmaceutical market."

"I would tell them to be totally honest about what you can offer and how far you can go with the growth potential or lack of growth potential with this company"

"The high level of layoffs that occured, partly because of unforeseen market trends."

"Management should be solidified and structured. A human resources department is highly needed and maintained. The criteria for advancement should also be solidified."

"Employees treated eachother badly, there was not much work to do, not a good place for females to work, and salary was very low."

"the management, my boss is extremely Christian and brought that to work wanted everyone to pray with him and gave us a hard time when we refused, worked almost 55 hr/week got paid for 40hr/hr did not get a raise when I got my promotion except 2 weeks paid vacation. Felt like I was taken advantage off."
