"Low pay,bad management. Not good place to work and balance your personal life. Would not recommend company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Hyatt Hotels?

"Upper managment uncompetent including HR. Very poor upper management overal. Too many unhappy middle managers and high turn over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to be real leader not followers."

"Pay and the benefits are unbeatable. They develop their managers into leaders."

What don't you like about working at Gaylord Entertainment?

"I have been at the same managment level for over 2 years. I would like to see something open up that I could move up into. There are a lot of people who got their jobs because they sucked up to the right people not becasue they were the best candidate."

"Do not lay me off!"
