"This particular location has been undergoing major management changes in the last 4 years, and so is experiencing the type of inconsistency one should expect while the dust settles."

"I really enjoyed the people I worked with, and made many friends and contacts."
What don't you like about working at Crowne Plaza?
"With the upheaval, many positions were eliminated causing a major halt in the advancement of any person still with the property."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would not have any, as most of the management has changed."
What do you like about working at Subway?
"It is Subway Development in Gig Harbor WA. Selling, building and maintaining franchises for Subway Sandwiches. I mostly liked the variety of tasks to do on a daily basis. The constant flow of fresh assignments was both a challenge and satisfying."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest and up front with all qualifications. Don't waste the interviewer's time as well as your own."
What don't you like about working at Subway?
"The constant change-over of staff and restructuring of the company doing away with job positions and creating new ones."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Challenge your employees; maintain structured guidelines so employees know their limits; regularly review performance and compensate above average work while counseling on any areas needing improvement so there is no confusion as to what is expected."

"The company core values, Growing the employee's, family 1st."

"The heat in MiamI was horrible, nothing the company can do about the weather, well maybe move north"

"You dont always know everything, stop and listen to your employee's they are your greatest asset."
