What do you like about working at Textlinkbrokers.com?

"The people in my department are very supportive of each other. We do produce a considerable amount of creative work for our outside clients."

What don't you like about working at Textlinkbrokers.com?

"A. The drive. It's a 75-mile round trip from my house.B. The business is a link-building service that hired a marketing department to help provide additional services. Unfortunately, the sales department seems incapable or unwilling to sell these services so we haven't done a whole lot. The writing is kind of on the wall, so I'm looking for closer, greener pastures."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There are three owners, two are married. They are constantly at odds with the other owner. It would be nice to have a single opinion on marketing matters before we proceed with a job."
