"I felt like I was not able to reach my full potential due to lack of Challenges in my current project. Company policy not allowing the employees to shift to domain/project"

"Company policy needs to be changed in such a way that there has to be some rotational policy. So that all the employees can be shifted to other project/domain."

What do you like about working at Tata Consultancy Services?
"I liked the most is that u get different opportunities to work in different projects. Employees get chance to select their choice of project and stream if openings are there. And above all, we get lots of training to boost our career growth."

"Need to be ready with Management as well as technical rounds. Person have to be very much tech Ready."

"Sometimes, u r forced to work in the project where u r not much interested. Its annoying if u r doing what u dont like to do. Also Appraisal policy is not up to the mark."

"Need to improve the Appraisal Process to satisfy the employee."
