"I was working at a very fast pace which was rewarding every day."

"It was a great company to work for but keep your eyes open for when the bottom drops out. Keep talking to others about working else where."
What don't you like about working at Western National Group?
"We ended up working twelve hour days Monday through Saturday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let there be a little room at the end, We were locked into dates with no regard to weather problems (high winds and rain). If someone gets laid off from one division, look to see if there are other openings in another division."

"Challenging and opportunity to work on Billion Dollar Projects where the work is monumental."

"Its really tough to get in. This company is elite."

"Wish there was another project to work on. Was laid off."

"Step out of your office, lose the tie, get your boots on, and see projects at ground level."

"While I was employed by Lennar the mangement team was very professional, worked well with other department i.e (Customer Service as well as the Sales team). Had a good connection with all trade partners."

"Just be honest, and be yourself."

"I would have to say that there isn't anything negative to say."

"Lennar Homes gave me a great responsibilities and mold me to become a better construction manager than I was yesterday. Everyday was challenge and multi-tasking which I thrive for day to day. I love to interact with all different trade partners and homeowners. I loved my job because I can always count on myself and other team members to execute and accomplish common goal which we all strive highest level of quality of home building."

"Be candid, work hard and always remember that be a team member and go extra miles to make it happen."
What don't you like about working at Lennar?
"The company would not allow construction managers to do hands on any construction activities because of liability."

"Keep up the good work and I would like to see some cross training for all construction managers."
