"I have worked at this company for six months. On my first day I was promoted from legal research to administrative assistant and within a week was onto running marketing as well. I am extremely tech savvy and a quick learner so my plate naturally filled up with lots of tasks. However, this company is not ran in a productive manner and has no clear managerial staff or objectives. Because of the lack of organization, the low level of compensation, and lack of room for growth I feel as if it is time to move on."
