"Just look at the overall health of the financial markets as their core business is directly tied to them. When healthy the company can make a lot of money. When in a down market, potential problems may exist."

What don't you like about working at Asset Marketing Systems?

"The work load was sometimes overwhelming. While we maintained a core or three closely tied developers, we had some trouble keeping some on staff due to the amount of work. As such we were either understaffed or spending extra time getting new developers up to speed on our projects.50-60 hour work weeks were not that uncommon. Some weeks exceeded 60 hours."
