What do you like about working at Aspire Systems?
"Hire and Train fresh minds or new grads and now they are the biggest assets of the organization.Now the organization has grown immensely large during last couple of years with huge cleints.They create PRODUCTEER( Product Engineers).Actually they provide every employee a freedom to create products with utmost quality gradually grooming him to be a highly productive.As a product engineer, its more than a service industry. Most importantly new grads are trained in all stages of development cycle and best fit is chose based upon their performance during training."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If not my time is limited, I would definitely provide tips..And I would definitely provide one if I get employed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"People at Management positions always look for long term financial stability and quality deliverables living up to the commitment.However they seem to very reluctant about hiring fresh minds.I do agree that new grads have limited experience however they have a zeal to achieve something and prove things.More over they don't demand much.Additionally my employing only the experienced people, the employers induce a self imposed scarcity for certian professionals,so there will be only handful of experts in one area subsequently they demand higher pay and switch companies often. Because if only experts and experienced people get employed, somekind of dependability is generated over these pro. So please hire more fresh grads and improve the breadth, the depth of the skills require for you organization."
