"Don't expect that you can retire here, and grow your career. Its not a 9 to 5 job. If they require you to come in on the weekend or work the night shift, and you refuse because you have a family or some other legit excuse. You will be on their top priority to be layed-off when the time comes. Doctor's appointment is not an excuse. They are very actively outsourcing all their software development to China."
