What do you like about working at Aspect Software?

"The incredible amount of knowledge and training I have obtained. I have had an opportunity to work at the largest banks in the world and have them listen to what I have to say at the age of 33."

What don't you like about working at Aspect Software?

"The travel is a little too much."

"Research Fidelity and Delta and what they were. I grew up within that company and they became my life."

"Rockwell depended a lot from government contracts and at that time the job security was very low due to government reduction on these contracts."

"My only suggestion to management team at Rockwell was to obtain diversification on its production line."

"Once our good boss left, we got peers who took over and it all went to their heads. They thought they were important, but they were not."
