What do you like about working at ASML?

"The theory behind our machinery is some of the most complex in the world. I highly enjoy the troubleshooting and data analysis I perform daily on these machines. The people I work with make my job very enjoyable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Really express willingness and excitement to travel worldwide for the company. Be highly motivated to learn and train on our machines as it takes dedication and non stop training to become successful at ASML"

What don't you like about working at ASML?

"I have a strong desire to move into more of a design/development role. To do this within ASML I would need to relocate to either Wilton, CT or Eindhoven Netherlands, of which I do not want to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To understand that traveling 6+ months a year is hard on the family, and management needs to be more sympathetic towards employees with families. Some employees travel 100% of the time and this does not work for families."
