"I really enjoy the work I do as an installer/service tech and even though I have been doing this kind of work for a long time, I'm always leaning something new and I love new challenges. Ashton is a different type of company to work for. It had a father owner and son that did not speak to each other so there was a lot of tension around the office all the time so I would just get my service schedule in the AM, say hI to the other techs, and get going with my day."
