What do you like about working at Ashtin Communications?
"I like the owners of this Company. They are fair and generous. Ashtin Communications, Inc is a great small business. It's a company that is family based and therefore a little bit more laid back. It has appeal to it. Customers want to do business with this company. They are understanding with various things. They try to accommodate all their employees with things that need to be done. I enjoy working for them. It's a fun atmosphere to come to work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't be something your not. You will be more valuable to them if you are who you are. The Owners here try to make sure everyone works well together."
What don't you like about working at Ashtin Communications?
"I don't like that some employees are not go-getters. They try to push things off to the last minute or onto someone else. This does not happen all the time, but when it does I don't like that. There isn't too much that I don't like here. It is a great place."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They have been running their business for many years. They know what needs to be done. The owners are smart and objective and they will get what needs to be done- done!"
