As a newer employee whose work is always done and on track I feel like the group manager pays the quality of my work no mind because I think she’s scared that with my work quality and how fast I’ve caught on I could get promoted before her friend who is on the same team. So instead of trying to acknowledge me and assign me more duties she ignores me to pretty much try and groom her friend to get promoted next"
