"The Bradenton office itself was rather laid back and all the workers were nice, but there was a lot of micro-managing going on from the CEO and VP over in Europe that made it very frustrating. On top of that, my manager was very strict on me, while every other manager in the building let other people get away with laziness, not getting work done, showing up hours late, leaving early, taking multiple hour long breaks during the day...it was a very unevenly managed atmosphere."
