"Job Security. There has not been any layoff in ASCO. Even in recession era we were getting bonuses."

"I do not have any major tips except be your self."

What don't you like about working at ASCO Power Technologies?

"Company does not have good flexibility during bad weather. ASCO was open during hurricane SANDY time and we had no choice beside taking our vacation/sick day if we cant make it to office"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This company management needs a major improvement and stay on top of task. ASCOs management process is very slow"
