"Things will sometimes get very fast paced in the office with no warning (as it is mostly sales and customer service based) Please take the time to learn and clearly understand the product(s) of the company so that you may find ways to manage your time during these peak production times."

"If you need help you are on your own to figure things out most times. Alot gets lost in translation when you need help now and you have tI wait for your supervisor to respond via email because they are out of the office alot."

"To be clear when leaving to-do's for tasks that are not a part of the normal routine for their support person and/or leave a phone number to where someone can be reached should a situation arise."
