"I think it is a grat company. They put the customer and employee first. They wont except anything but excellence. I like that they offer different financial plans to help clients in their time of need. I feel they offer excellent benefits to the employees and a decent compensation."

What don't you like about working at Ascend One?
"The company is currently downsizing and right now there is no room for growth. This is no fault of the company but it is due to industry regulations that has forced company to take a step back in order to go further."

"I feel that management in my current company need to look at ways to utilize their top employees and offer them more job duties and set up better career paths for people who want to grow with in the organization."

"What I liked the best at Ascend One was constantly learning something new. As a company they are always trying to be innovative."

"Although the company is attempting to be innovative they are limited by being overly concerned in keeping everything cheap."

"First, always train your employees for any new equipment deployed. The training not only makes the employee well versed with the equipment but it gives them a platform to base their innovations on. Training allows scope in designing and implementing a better environment."
