"Good people work here, and the place is clean. They make an effort to keep people safe."

"Be sure everything is spelled out in writing and signed by the owner as far as work schedule, travel rules, days off, compensation, etc."

What don't you like about working at ASC Process Systems?

"Very demanding, and not flexible. Zero time permitted for contributing to family things such as going to a school play, or helping coach little league. If you ask, you are ridiculed for it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Care more about your employees quality of life. Good job really and I would still be there if I wasn't sent on endless road trips and was permitted a family day off after coming back from 2-3 weeks out of town working 7 days a week. Not very organized, and poor planning leads to most of the problems here. This issue comes from the owner since he seems to have to approve everything. The managers are all scared of him, or they are just weak."
