"ASA Automotive is a small company that has been in business for nearly 30 years, marketing and supporting a software product that, at its core, has not changed much since it's inception. While the team members were, in and of themselves, easy to work with, the company culture was adamantly resistant to change, update or any differences of opinion in how to introduce someone to their systems, in a development operations role could be better handled. While I understand the need to see the system operate in its current state, I was told that the goal was to use the Waterfall process to make any changes. The way that this introduction to their product and lack of either product quality, or process controls did not work for me."
