"Well my job. the people I worked with. Its a all around good place to work."

What don't you like about working at ArvinMeritor?

"Don't really have anything bad to say. Just they use graphite on dies and when I worked in forging you looked like a coal miner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Some of the management needs to step out of the office to see whats going on."
