"Working in corporate-level engineering at Meritor for several years. Lots of good people. Mostly I work on-site at the plants some have a better feel than others. Projects are interesting. The biggest complaint would be the lack of investment in new equipment. Working on second-hand equipment can be demoralizing."

"Don't believe the corporate values. They aren't followed."

What don't you like about working at ArvinMeritor?

"Executives don't match their actions with their words. Corporate culture and caring for the individual is a bunch of bologna. You can't express your opinion without getting into trouble. Executives are allowed to lie and get away with it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management will not listen to what the employees have to say or they act like they are listening and really aren't. Practice what you preach!!!"

"Less red tap-ism. Respect for individual. Great corporate culture."

"Weak HR. Excellent processes - lacks proper implementation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should concentrate more on new product offerings, quality, customer satisfaction, flawless product launches...... and less on restructuring and reorgs."
