In addition, I have been the president of two companies that were specifically formed to assist clients in reducing energy costs and creating recurring revenue streams.

4.1 I have worked for Arup for a year and a half and feel it is a strong company in terms of design and project delivery. It has good benefits and great projects for the engineers to work on.

3.1 The work was fascinating but I felt like they were not prepared to train or motivate new employees. If you do not know exactly what you are doing, they will not stop to help or train you. Something that I found quite discouraging.
