"I enjoyed working with the Systems Engineers, my customer (mainly Microsoft) and learning about wireless networking futures. I also enjoyed selling wireless networking security and unified communication solutions."

"Definitely do your homework on the company and its products. Aruba has very sharp engineers and your sales and technical skills will be tested during the interview process."
What don't you like about working at Aruba Networks?
"The sales management in the Pacific Northwest was rather new to management and didn't necessarily know how to work with his team in a cohesive/productive manner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should allow more autonomy for their sales professionals and let them sell in a manner that drives their own success."
