"My name is Hector René Vargas Nova, I’m 31 years old and I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I obtained a degree in Architecture at the José María Vargas University in Caracas and currently I’m studying a Master in Project Management at the Universitat Ramon Llull La Salle Barcelona Spain. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to benefit from a plan based on Strategic and Creative Management, in addition to an artistic and engineering vision, obtaining the ability to design spaces optimizing resources and seeking the well-being of the people who will inhabit them. During my university career I had the opportunity to work in several companies in the design, construction, and service sector, which well-established the values of leadership, empathy, and quality control, in different project processes. One of these stays was in a company of Russian origin and personnel called Belzaruberstroy, where I started as a construction supervisor, and progressed to become a construction manager, where I performed various functions such as attention to budgets and offers in project phases, and in the construction phases, the coordination and development control of the work and the contractors, so that the different materials, industrial companies, and professionals are on the work at the right time and meet the agreed deadlines, monitoring the quality plan, safety and health and above all attention to detail, and monitoring of planning. I worked here for a period longer than 2 years, where I had to voluntarily withdraw to complete my studies and deliver the degree work. Once I got my degree in Architecture, I joined several companies in the Construction and Design branch as part of their teams in the roles of Junior Architect, Construction Manager, and I started to work as a Project Manager. Exercising these jobs in 2014 I create my architecture and design firm; where I dedicate myself as a freelancer to Manage Design and Construction projects."
