"Do not move out of state to take a job at Arthrex. I have watched 5 employees be targeted by my Marketing Manager, harassed, and fired! The manager has no experience, only in position because they have been with the company so long. Creates a toxic work environment, HR complaints are constant, infighting. Mangers with no education in the field are managing employees with Masters's Degrees, complete chaos. Horrible place to work"
"Do not move to work here. In six months, I have watched 5 employees from Marketing be targeted, harassed, and fired by an untalented and uneducated Managerial team. The managerial team is uneducated, untalented been kept around out of loyalty by the owner. They destroy and harass anyone who attempts to be innovative. It is a highly toxic work environment. The owner should review how many people have lost their jobs, but he is out of touch. No one is running this company."
"Working for Arthrex 18 years was a formidable experience. I had the opportunity to grow along the company and learned a lot. I loved the job culture and diversity. Everybody was treated fairly and respectfully. I like the fact that the company was always focused on providing the best technology to doctors, so they could treat their patients better. The company also had great benefits and creative environment. Growing opportunities and advancement."
"Amazing company with a desire to improve patient's lives with the highest quality education for surgeons. A lot of work, but the best medical device company out there."
"High turnover, 1000 miles per week driving in your own car, very little support, long hours, disorganized with a tremendous amount of workplace harassment from hazing to sexual"
"I've worked at Arthrex for nearly 2 years, and there is an unofficial term there: the "Arthrex Success Syndrome" where employees who have been with the company for a long time get very comfortable and receive promotions without merit, but by default. Overall, it's a great company, but great companies that expand at that rate will have issues..."
"I think that there are a lot of favoritism and racism that are allowed. Upper management are in a dream world. It used to be a great place to work, but now it's going down hill."
"When I first started with the company it was a great place to work, but with new managers have come and things have changed. I feel that they have people in high positions that have no idea what they are doing."
