"My time at Artemis was about 8 months. I am based in New Orleans, LA and my territory was Eastern, Canada. About 3 weeks ago, an Account Executive was hired in Canada. 2 weeks ago, I was told my position was eliminated. It was very brief and the reasoning didn't make sense. Prior to my role being dissolved with the company, all my accounts and the pipeline I worked in Canada was given to the new account executive. There was no communication to me when my accounts were transitioned. After that happened, I was told my new territory would be the east coast, split with another sales rep. A couple days later, I was let go. The reality is all 4 sales reps struggled. There were 150 growers on the software platform prior to me joining Artemis. This year, there are only 42. Many didn't renew. We struggled hitting our Q2 goals because we had no grower testimonials, case studies, marketing, or ROI for the enterprise level clients to want to join our platform. Overall, my time with Artemis was truly a learning experience."

"The work environment is nice and a professional place to work, but once you start working there do not expect to be compensated with either increased salary or position while they expected you to take on more responsibility."
