What do you like about working at Arrowhead Water?

"Team work that each cell unit display is a huge plus within commercial drivers. Communication between drivers builds a value of trust, committment, and responsibility to each other. Drivers are a brother hood of professional's and a unit leader needs to earn respect in order to become a complete team."

What don't you like about working at Arrowhead Water?

"Unit leaders do not have any sense of leadership. The training being provided is terrible, safety processes are terrible, employee recognizition is terrible, and the lack of discipline is terrible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Participate in every aspect of his or hers department. Evaluate your employees strengths and weaknesses to provide further training or coaching if necessary. Lead be example and be fair across the board. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty to work along side a memeber of your team."
