"I worked at Arnold Oil Company for a little over 6 months and it was not a great environment for a person just joining the professional workforce. Yes, I learned a lot that I can take and apply in other jobs, but overall the culture was lacking and there were zero growth opportunities. Overall, I would not recommend this company to another person/friend because of the overall low compensation, lack of a good culture, and the lack of growth opportunities."
