What do you like about working at Arlington Independent School District?

"I enjoy working with students and watching them grow into well rounded adults. I also enjoy working and educating parents on how to better themselves and continue their education when they seek my advice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you understand that your pay and hours will fluctuate and funds can be cut at anytime and you may not have a job. You will have to volunteer a lot of your time because the grant will only allow to get paid only a certain amount of hours and if you want to be successful you have to go over your hours and volunteer."

What don't you like about working at Arlington Independent School District?

"Working under a grant, not knowing how long I will have my position, and the inconsistancy in pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest paying empoyees on a salary basis instead hourly because we are required to work as a salary employee. It makes it hard for families to plan their finances not knowing what their paycheck would be."
