"After the potential employer has interviewed you and asked if you have any questions... Be very selective and specific in your questions so to understand the management style and culture of the company to see if its a good fit for you, and do not over step your boundaries. Be respectful!"

What don't you like about working at Arkwin Industries?

"Some of the approaches management takes in converting this company to a Lean process are very slow and arduous. The other reason its not in Florida where my wife and family live."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's a very basic approach and mindset.... If were to increase the company yield/profit, then well need to lean out the process, work smarter, not harder and reduce waste. Well also need to communicate with one another, employ the team concept, support from the top down will ne necessary, and we need to include the workforce in the improvements we make in the manufacturing process. After all they are the best resource and the closest to the process and know what will work and what wont. Essentially, its a very logical approach, in the back door and out the front door in a proficient manner."
